I wanted to spend this time to give my first of many recommended blogs. Phil Heppding blog at mtgnow.wordpress.com is a interesting take on today's mortgage, and real estate situation. For the time I've known Phil, he has always been a business mind. All one has to do is drop in his office to see what business book you should be reading.
