Every aspect of the home's design and construction was meticulously crafted to minimize environmental impact while maximizing energy efficiency and comfort.

From the outside, the home pays tribute to its environment, with a natural wood exterior above the French Broad River. On the inside, the eco-conscious space feeds off natural light, creating a sense of warmth and tranquility.
